Sudden Dessaster 3: one Town Center to defend
JonSlow and T-West’s Sudden Death tournament runs from October 5 to November 8. The semifinals and final are scheduled for November 7 and 8.
The tournament started on October 5
Sudden Dessaster 3 is played online from October 5 to November 8, 2026, organized by JonSlow and T-West. The main event brings together 128 players in a single-elimination bracket, with a $20,000 prize pool. A community league rounds out the program for players of every level.
What sets it apart is the Sudden Death mode: you can’t build an extra Town Center, and losing your last one means instant defeat. So there is no rebuilding your eco somewhere else after your base falls. When watching the games, the TC’s position and the tools to defend it become the key things to keep an eye on.
The finals are played in November
The semifinals are scheduled for Saturday, November 7 at 4pm Paris time. The grand final follows on Sunday, November 8 at 6pm. These times correspond to 15:00 and 17:00 UTC; they are start times, not guaranteed time slots. These two days wrap up the tournament: they don’t replace its full run from October to November.
